The Malian Authority for the Regulation of Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies and Posts (AMRTP) proposes to recruit a consultant to conduct the study mentioned above.
Objective of the study
The objective of this study (consultation) is to study the feasibility of setting up an effective and up-to-date digital addressing system in the Republic of Mali.
It is specifically about:
- Take stock of addressing in Mali;
- Establish a summary assessment of the resources (human, technical, database and documentary collections) and areas of competence of the structures likely to be stakeholders in the project;
- Highlight (identify) the levers that can promote or contribute to the success of the project;
- Agree on a protocol for collaboration and exchange of information with data-producing structures that can eventually feed the database;
- Propose specifications for the implementation of a digital addressing information system;
- Define a methodology for implementing the project as a whole;
- Highlight all the value-added digital services that can possibly be produced by the system.
Consulting firms interested in this call are invited to make themselves known to AMRTP by sending a file under a closed cover or by e-mail containing the following information:
- Presentation of the firm;
- Administrative information (trade register, tax discharge, non-bankruptcy certificate etc.) ;
- Presentation of references of similar study missions or of the same technical complexity over the last five years, attested by certificates of the services provided or copies of the signature cover pages of similar contracts.
